You be careful, Hannah! The springs look beautiful nonetheless.
Also, love the NightVale podcasts! They’re so creepycool.

Yikes! Glad the cut wasn’t any worse! Hot springs sound marvellous, just marvellouuus.

How, in the middle of all that nothingness, does a hot springs just decide to pop up? So crazy and wonderful, and also somewhat dangerous and prudish, all at once.

Thank you for bringing Calvin + Hobbes into my day:)

Oh you poor thing! I hope it heals quickly, that’s not good at all! How will you kick your heels together? 😉

Whenever I see signs like that one at the hot springs (although I’ve never seen one quite like that admittedly), I have to wonder what experiences led them to posting that sign in the first place! Can you imagine how many times the owner of that private land must have come upon people in various stages of undress for her/him to decide to make a large professional sign?

There’s a farm not too far from where I live that has a big sign posted warning people that animals on their farm go to the bathroom and have sex in public and that if you have a problem with that you shouldn’t move next door. It’s not the kind of sign a person sees everyday! I had to wonder what on earth happened for them to think it was necessary! Anyway, the hot springs look lovely, and I’m glad you heeded their warning and got to keep your foot! 🙂

Those Calvin & Hobbes pictures are excellent! And the hot springs look excellent! And almond milk commercially available in coffee is excellent (I can not wait)! It’s all excellent…except your foot, but on the plus side, you still have it.

Yay for hot (spring) dates! Boo to foot cutting. Yay for PB poptarts. The “yay”s are dominating here… x

It’s been so long since I’ve enjoyed hot springs. And you must have enjoyed it incredibly to not notice your injuries!

after the toe saga, I can see why you appreciate your feet and now travel with a man with a first aid pack to make sure your foot doesn’t fall off 🙂

the hot springs look dreamily wonderful but I am glad you kept your pants on as you would not want to accidentally gash your bottom too 🙂

I hope you eat lots of peanut butter Pop Tarts to keep your healing up! Feel better xx

Sorry bout your foot but what a delicious post! Cookies then raw bean coffee then hot springs then good food and Strongbow! What were the peanut butter pop up things like? (*sounding hesitant*) Xcat

Well if this isn’t just the loveliest post to read, Hannah. Yay for crazy and wonderful feelings and YOU. (and enchilasagne!)

I’m so tickled by the prosecuted THEN persecuted call of that very serious sign.

I feel like I’ve gone to Utah and come back. Strongbow is an excellent name for a beer. Glad Ryan didn’t turn out to be a serial killer.

What a lovely road trip. I love the colour of that water in the hot spring – so many shades of blue. The sign is hilarious – they must have caught a lot of people doing the nudie thing. Sorry to hear about your injury but clearly you were having too good a time to notice anyway xx

Another wonderful post, Hannah … I’m slowly trying to catch up on posts I missed while we were travelling. Loved this post and the Hot Springs sign is wunderbar.
