100% cocoa is something I will one day try, and I can’t wait for that day. I also love the thought of tea and shortbread in chocolate form (even though I don’t much like shortbread in shortbread form).

Ooh I read about Alain Ducasse branching out on Roz’s Taste Travel blog. It sounds superb! 😀

100% chocolate?!!!! that’s intense!!! hopefully i’ll try it one day.

  4. Johanna GGG

Woah that sounds intense but I’d be quite prepared to travel to paris for a tasting!

Whoah that chocolate sounds incredible, but would we expect anything less from Alain Ducasse? lol. The non-uniform block indents look interesting too?

Oh, so glad the chocolates got to you intact, undamaged by heat, and most of all delicious! It is my pleasure to send you chocolates, because I always love your reviews, and now you owe me. 😉 So if you ever feel impelled to send me some Patric, or Rogue, or Askinosie chocolate, well, I would be delighted. And when (not if, but when) you make it back to Paris, we’ll go visit Alain Ducasse together, and we’ll eat the praline stuffed bar and swoon. The only reason I didn’t send you that one was because it is so full of gooey praline that I really feared it wouldn’t survive the trip.

You are a lucky one. Who knew Alain Ducasse made Chocolate Bars?!

  8. Lou

Yes, that 100% bar, yes yes that should be MINE. Right now…. yes please.

    100% cocoa? Whoa!

I was also won over by the tea and shortbread line. Mmmmmm.

Is it usually the case that the plainer the packaging the fancier the chocolate? I reckon I’d rather more money be put into the content than the cover, and it seems that’s what they’ve done here?

What a treat to try such amazing chocolate. I remember my parents dinner parties too but I sure did do a lot more than just sniff the cork! xx

Ohhh I love your breakdowns of all the flavours of chocolate! Makes me want to close my eyes and slowly eat some chocolate and think very carefully about what’s happening (oh okay, I always want to do that.) Hooray for the first blogfriend-you-met-in-real-life, because just look at you now, Hannah! All over the world with all the blogfriends!

Hannah how wonderful! The best way to try on Paris is through her wonderful foodie delights. I expect that sooner or later you will have to catch that plane and try everything first hand. 100% cacao! Sounds divine

Stop making me want unattainable treats. x
