Ahhhh!!! I want a mini pony! I’d totally walk it in the park like a puppy.

Great post … of which the best parts are the happy photos.

What a lovely friend. I’m so glad she gave you something to eat for the 4-hr bus ride. And your sushi looks very colourful and yes, it does go well with a glass of wine. So sorry my posts are making you miss your family! xx

The nice thing about this post is that in every photo of your faces, they are smiling and looking so wonderfully happy. Wilderness magic indeed, in all regards and all ways.

(Also – best bus food / travel food ever!)

yep lots of happy faces and cute ponies and impressive sushi (I can’t roll the stuff but have been in practice lately and I think I might just be getting better). Glad you had your treats to comfort you when you left

Seeing the sushi you successfully rolled with Heather makes me laugh and remember how poorly we rolled ours. I never was very good at that part!

Beautiful ladies, beautiful memories. Next time, bring me with you? 🙂

Thanks for recapturing the rest of our adventure together, dearest! I look forward to our next visit, whenever and wherever that may be! Those sushis were the best. Wish I could remember the name of the wine we had that night?! <3 you! xo

Ooh will you pretty please share the recipe for the raw vegan sushi? 😀

This post made me all warm and fuzzy inside and I wasn’t even there!

You definitely mastered sushi rolling- those rolls looked mad professional.

You know how I kinda freak out about vegan desserts but gosh this looks GOOD! We don’t get many pumpkin pies here 🙂

What a lovely friend to send you on your bus trip with even more desserts! Your vegan sushi looks great. I was wondering why rice was in the blender, but it makes sense if it’s raw cauliflower (although I secretly think that I’d much rather have cooked rice).

So lovely to have such special memories with precious friends isn't it? 🙂
