You have just made me the happiest person in the world. I have a mango and a lime. Now I know what to do 🙂

I love mango and lime together, such wonderful synergy. Delicious vegan cheesecakes for the win!

Your All-Bran kettle corn bowl sounds AWESOME! As do these cheesecakelets.

I adore this post. Although, I am not sure how you managed to forget to tell us about these for a whole year! At least you remembered now 🙂 And we got beautiful words in the mix xo

YES! And mangoes are in season, hurrah!

    Agreed: perfect, perfect. 🙂
I can definitely relate to forgetting to post a recipe for a whole year. In my case, however, I would never retain the recipe. . . so I’d have a lonesome photo of something deliciously decadent but no recipe to post! Glad you saved yours.

I love hearing about other people’s weird food habits. Makes me feel better about mine 😉

These look delicious! I wish I had seen this before I ate the mango I had!

OMG these cheesecakes look and sound so amazing! Kensington mangoes are in season at the moment so they will be PERFECT for this recipe. Is there a substitute for Medjool dates though?

I have no idea what that corn stuff is that you put on your all-bran. I love the look of these cheesecakes and I’d like to try them – your post is very timely because mangoes are now in season! xx

Lovely post … because that’s life really. And the world would, perhaps not be exhilarating if it were exhilarating all the time. Or would it? I’m not a philosopher! Must make those mango lime cheese cakes now you’re not here to make them for me.

Wow I am so impressed at your blogging this recipe so long after you made it and remembering the taste so clearly. I ‘d like to say that watching chocolat also inspired great desserts to be cooked in my kitchen after it but alas no

There is such beauty in the honesty of your words. It’s comforting just to know that we share that sudden awakening fear/wonder, too. If nothing else, I can tell you that you’re not alone, even if we’re hundreds of miles apart. <3

You have my heart Hannah. Also the most glowing recipes and spinning energy I have ever seen. Xxx

Oooh, I love desserts like this one. And so brilliant to use mango – it’s so naturally sweet!

hey, if i want to make it a normal cheesecake size, instead of mini…can the same measurements be used.

Dear Hannah, you make my mind and my tastebuds more creative with every raw/vegan recipe you post. xoxoxo

These look divine, lovely. I’m posting a similar recipe soon but bananalicious. “Tiptoe now” – you’re beautiful, love your words. I hope more often than not it’s because of the giddiness and not fear. I love Chocolat so so much. Heart.
