These look so wonderful and they make me so jealous I have never purchased anything from Trader Joes!

Also, your arrival dinner is possibly the sweetest thing i have ever heard of. Enjoy your visit dear one!

I must try these for sylvia – she wants everything banana lately – and you have reminded me that you share your excellent taste with her (except nut butter which she wont go near but I would be very grateful if you could convince her of its goodness) 🙂

I should just clarify – all nut butters but peanut butter because she is allergic but they say allergies sometimes go at school age so fingers crossed!

Happy you in SoCal! Enjoy it.
The muffins look great. It’s probably a good thing I can’t find, or haven’t looked for TJ speculoos cookie butter. Haven’t baked with coconut flour either but I am intrigued.

These look scrumptious – and with you saying they’re easy to make, makes them extra appealing. Bananas are such a great fruit and versatile too, and mixed with the cookie and chocolate swirl would be just divine. Yum! 🙂

How’s the tanning going? I hope you’re making the most of every minute of sunshine. I’m sure this two-week respite is long overdue as your winter seems to have been unbelievable harsh and long. It’s good to hear these are so quick and easy to make xx

I need to be braver with coconut flour and sugar. Quick, give me an easy, nice recipe for my patchwork group this week. I need inspiration … It needs to be summery.

great looking recipe … i’d happily gobble on two for a late breakfast or a teatime treat! 😀

You’re a proper Canadian now that you have sun breaks built into your winter (my Canadian family have just returned to Canada from Miami!). And thank goodness you’re safe from the Crossfit trend and continuing to fly the flag of delicious spreads. I’d be stuck with nut butter to make these, but it wouldn’t be too much of a sacrifice to do it that way 😉

Yum, yum, yum!! That speculoos choccy swirl spread sounds incredible! Definitely worth de-Paleo-ing these muffins for. 🙂

I love simple recipes but when you give me recipes that involve Biscoff well the love is doubled or tripled 😀

These muffins sound wonderful and look fantastic. I like how easy they are to get from ingredients to my mouth. 🙂

Banana Coconut Flour Muffins with a Cookie and Chocolate Swirl looks tasty and great. Thanks for sharing the procedure on how to bake it. I will try it some other time

I am not on the crossfit train either, but I’d eat these! I love baking with coconut flour – it makes everything so silky and light!

    Enjoy the warmth and sunshine!

Sun sun sun here it comessssss!

Sometimes I think crossfit would be fun, but then I so relish in the joy of being able to do ten pushups in a row (though I’ll be back to two or three after this illness) and I think that’s more than enough excitement.

Glad to see you’re gravitating towards one unit of measurement. I wanna see the Muffin innards.
