I’m a little startled to realise that I have never made rice pudding. If thinking about the plain type, I’d rather just eat rice…but when thinking about this one, I realise there is a large, rice pudding shaped hole in my life that needs to be filled.

I love that you eat it with the world’s tiniest teaspoon too. Perfect for curling up with and savouring slowly :)

Oh man, I have so many grains in my pantry right now, I could so make my own bespoke 7-grain medley. My grain-number average for my daily porridge is probably about 4, but you’re inspiring me to ~kick it up a notch~ (or 3 notches).

I’ve never considered rice pudding for breakfast but now I am into the porridge thang it makes a bit more sense – and if it was bitterly cold I think this might be just what you need to warm you up – spices mandatory!

This might be breakfast today. Minus the coconut water I can’t stand it. Other than that, I do need a spoonful of the healthy and delicious goodness in my mouth.

I’m going to be honest here since you’re always so honest on my blog. The look of this isn’t very appealing! I’m sure that it tastes better though.

That looks really good. Comfort food you should serve to your future children.

Sounds like this would even be perfect for a midnight feast. I love your blue plate xx

Very glad you titled this post with the dish’s short name!

Since pumpkin pie isn’t my thing, I’m not convinced I’d like this, but I do like the lovely blue plate your bowl is sitting on!
