    What can be done to help facilitate you achieving residence in Cedar City? You really like that place.

    You can’t beat food made in happiness. Or spaghetti made with guesstimates :)

    I love that you ate pasta for leftovers. I had curry the other day. And it was FANTASTIC :)

    Another great Cedar City post … but one question, how can Darrah’s kitchen look so tidy after all that cooking? It’s a mystery to me.

    The meals and beers both sound fantastic. Friends are nice too.

    Love and food and food and love. And how great when someone makes something for you from a cookbook that you gifted!

    Hehe that’s like when my parents give me recipes. It’s a bit of this and a bit of that. Looks like it was a win! :D

    So many smiles :) And I love that cooking seemed to require 1 cookbook and 3 drinks in the last shot!

    Yay friends! It is indeed one of my very favourite things to do, to cook for friends that I love. And now I have the MASSIVEST spaghetti bolognese craving but it’s breakfast time and I have no spaghetti bolognese and have to go to work. SIGH.

    there is something special about sharing food – it takes on a different flavour – you sound like you had a great time – I think that ottelenghi will come my way soon so always love to hear a good report of the book

    That Darrah certainly gets around! I love how you keep bumping into wonderful people. And your dad’s recipe sounds truly authentic with its ‘bit of this and bit of that’. ‘Twelve Angry Men’ is one of my most favourite plays xx

    Ottolenghi = best.

    I loved your dad’s bolognese recipe! (Does every Aussie family, bar a Chinese one, have a secret Spag Bol recipe? Tim uses kangaroo mince in his – super delish :D)

  20. Li

    Totally! Maybe you can have a spag bol-off and I can be the judge ;) Nom nom nom…
