Back with a vengeance. A sweet-toothed vengeance.
Wait. Not vengeance. Vengeance is about anger, and aggression, and furrowed brows and shaking fists.
That’s not me. I’m about laughing and hugs and dancing and crying (sometimes) and missing people and being so grateful to have such wonderful people all over the world to miss and chasing down adventure and climbing trees and having all sorts of new exciting scary challenges to conquer some of which start next week and words, yes, I’m about words and sweetness and…
I’m also about these No-Bake Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bites.
I made these ridiculously easy granola-esque healthy treats for Sarah, because she’s the bee’s gluten-free knees. With the creamy slightly-salted perfection of peanut butter, the energy-giving goodness of gluten-free oats, the fruity pop of raisins and the jazzy sweetness of mini dark chocolate chips, these no-bake (mostly) vegan balls are pretty darn great. Pretty darn great indeed.
Make them now. They’re perfect for all your non-vengeance, life-chasing, smile-shimmering needs.
