Doughnuts are the solution to world peace. We need to ship some to Russia.

I <3 Maple-Dipped donuts! If you ever go to Ronald's Donuts in Vegas, they have the best, authentic vegan maple-dipped donuts (You wouldn't even know if they are vegan!), or here in Oregon, there's VooDoo donuts, yummmmmm! If you google VooDoo on my blog, you will see the maple donuts!

Sometimes only something deep fried will do… :D

Oh yum! Looks better than Krispy Kremes!

Beautifully said Hannah …there’s always something to soothe the soul, even a maple covered donut.

Yes, a walk with a bit of a shimmy, culminating in a donut, will surely help lift the spirits!

I would justify the purchase by saying I’d burned off all the calories in that donut by walking to and from the store. It’s interesting how when we’re on the edge, a little comfort food goes a long way to making us feel a little brighter xx

Oh, it’s a Maple Donut because it’s in Canada, eh?

When I first saw this post, I was thinking your were at Stan Mikita’s Donuts instead.

Never heard of Tim Horton’s, but looks better than Dunkin’ Donuts.

You need to talk to the people that describe donuts as unhealthy. Clearly, they have a lesson to learn.

is that maple frosting? Sounds so sweet but glad to hear it had a little magic in it too :-)

I do the same but with Nutella Croissant :P

Hey honey, (maple?) hope there are more shimmies and donuts in your future! As always, hugs from afar.

Poetry about donuts is my kind of poetry. So evocative! I could taste the words!

Omg! My Canadian coworker has a Tim Horton’s mug on her desk, and I am eating a maple syrup cupcake AS I READ THIS POST. *scary mind twins*

omg the crackle on that donut glaze is yelling my name. I love that you are so eloquent in your justification, whereas I’m more… hey I feel like a donut. Gimme donut. NOW. Heh.
