What a lovely Sunday! I’ve never seen so many oversized street-side games. I wish they’d do that in my town! It looks like so much fun!

oh my sunday is long forgotten (which I suspect is as much about time difference as my memory) but I wish for more sidewalk games, amazing ice cream and doughnut holes in my life! (I made mini doughnuts recently and am now wondering if they are any different from doughnut holes – because they were the round type rather than rings!)

    The doughnut holes!!! I want.

So much fun on your sunday as it should be! I don’t remember how mine was but that’s because I’m on holiday!

Sounds like a textbook beautiful Sunday. Coffee, sweets, friends, and crosswords. Even…gigantic crosswords.

This is why I miss Toronto. But Houston is fun too! My Saturday was a 50km bicycle ride, Mexican beans and rice, Mexican bakery and fresh purple hull peas, and Shakespeare in the Park at night. :)

My Sunday was a little blah, really, because my laptop broke down and then I watched a terribly sad (but wonderful!) movie. BUT: I also made a delicious dinner and read a book and snuggled in my duvet, so not blah at all! Excited by the prospect of black squirrels hanging around, they sound very cute.

That Ice Cream looks incredible. (Oh, the 70’s called, they want their Lionel Richie Top 40 Tune back).

She’s lucky it was a Sunday and you were chill-axing because Izzy definitely isn’t a word and some would have to say that playing that card at scrabble is downright cheating – except on a summer’s Sunday in Toronto! xx

Izzy-Easy, oh Hannah! And, the yoga seemed a long way from you, which makes me think you spectated not participated. Hmm …

Oh and my Sunday was at a readers/writers conference on Landscape. It was wunderbar. Followed by a dear friend coming for dinner and staying overnight. Thanks for your bed and doona!

This could also have been called perfect like Sunday mornings, I think. It certainly sounds perfect, and street scrabble and vegan ice cream flavours of the sort you describe are pretty magical whatever day they appear.

Thanks you’ve put a great song in my head. Was it Sunday the other day? It’s summerr school hols here, so every day is the same: manuscript revising, gardening, cleaning.. Although I did go into town for a drink in the piazza, and a Kamut-dough pizza with sizzling tomatoes.. Not bad either.

Looks like a perfect Sunday morning! The market looks fantastic, especially the vegan ice cream. And I never tire of seeing new photos of the beloved VVC mug.

You’re having the best summer lovely girl! That ice cream has me intrigued. I want to try it!!! Looks like you’re having more sunshine than we are. Been sooo rainy and chilly here :(

[…] Hannah’s latest ode to Toronto, complete with Kensington jenga and mung bean ice cream, my heart tugs only […]

Oh that just looks like heaven! Especially the cashew, chocolate and oat cookie. Yum! (I’ve never heard of mung bean milk before, I’d be so interested to try it!) :)

Your sunday makes me so happy. I adored this post. I adore you! That icecream sounds bonkers.

Lovely snapshots. The ice cream, in particular, sounds fantabulous. I usually have to work on Sundays… but not this Sunday, yay!

You are my Sunday (which is like being my sunshine but so much better). xoxo
