Seriously craving soft serve right now… I should really just stop drooling over your flavors and make something myself, since nothing nearly so tempting exists around here, and certainly not vegan. The blueberry/raspberry combo sounds perfectly fresh and seasonal!

bacon toothpicks almost make me want to eat meat but I still have horrible memories of bacon so I hope someone gets really wacky and makes facon toothpicks – sounds like you have been having fun in atlanta – even if you weren’t eating frozen yoghurt with aforementioned bacon toothpicks 🙂

You can keep the toothpicks, but as for everything else? My kind of story. Also my kind of frozen yoghurt (except the too sweet, no flavour one…sometimes plain tart really is the best and only choice to depend on).

Yoforia! What a place to end the evening. I used to work in an ice cream bar and there was nothing as inspiring as this. I’m always starved after reading this blog. Why am I a writer and not a food blogger??

You pretty ladies! And hurrah for frozen yoghurt coming to the rescue, except for the not-so-nice one. Also hurrah for those rosewater caramels.

“Laura power-walked us” made me laugh … I hope poor pregnant Alayna could keep up!

What I wouldn’t give to drive 40 minutes to my nearest decent fro-yo joint 😀

I am still unsatisfied after our failed rose gelato attempt and have been craving rose flavored things ever since. About to order some nice rosewater off the interwebs somewhere so I can fulfill the ever-growing list of rose recipes I’ve come up with since then. Must. Have. Rosewater. Tiramisu.

You just made my day with this. How are you so awesome?! And why can’t you be my neighbor??? You have to come back and try fro yo with TOPPINGS. xoxo

    Love. You.

Yum. Forget the whole “vegan” thing for a minute but I used to LOVE frozen yoghurt. Yummo. The tart-er the better.

The way I feel about rose water, however is similar to your emotions associated with the chocolate-orange combo. I always feel like I am eating perfume. Ick. Apparently I make a KILLER rose water lassi though (I work at a Hare Krishna cafe) so one day I shall make one for you 🙂 I also baked a rose water cheesecake once out of a pile of melted turkish delight. Apparently that was good too so there you go.

Now that concludes rose water rambles for the day.

And I thought toothpicks were only available in wood or mint flavours. There’s been a gap in my learning. I love the look of that frozen yoghurt but I think I’ll save it for a sunny day (I know I can’t whinge to you about horrible winters but 10 days straight of non-stop rain is becoming a little tedious) xx

You were in Decatur! I lived there for 4 years (I went to uni at Emory, which is there). Worlds collide…

The fro yo looks great, could go for a cup myself right now! And, what’s the verdict on the bacon toothpicks?

  13. msihua

Bacon what? Ooo I love me some good froyo!

  14. Lorraine @ Not Quite Nigella

Hehe these froyo place names are genius! And it’s huge in the US isn’t it? And you’re in Atlanta-oh sugar be still my heart! 😀

When I read bacon toothpicks I was so intrigued ST. hehe. I was trying to get to the part where it was mentioned but was met with many obstacles like rosewater caramels and endless froyo topping possibilities LOLZ!!!

[…] Lastly, this girl’s recap of her visit to Atlanta and absolutely made my day.  I miss her already.  #bloggercrush  […]

Your frozen yoghurt matches your clothes! 🙂

  18. hungryandfrozen

Wacky snacks! How I miss you (almost as much as I miss you, Hannah). So glad your frozen yoghurt trajectory went the way it did, rather than starting with the amazing and working back to the uninspiring. Also, gorgeous photo of you three altogether! Babes all.

  19. Daisy@Nevertoosweet

Frozen yoghurt is my favourite! But not sure about the bacon toothpicks lol

  20. Gabby @ the veggie nook

Did you visit Menchies while in Canada Hannah?? I hear their frozen yogurt is to die for and so many flavours! Cake batter is supposedly epic!

  21. Kath (My Funny Little Life)

Happy to see you’re continuing to enjoy your journey of friendships and good eats! 🙂 I’ve never had frozen yoghurt in my entire life, but I think a few shops have opened up in Germany as well already.

  22. Heathy

Love the red lipstick on you my dear!!! Looks like a great gettogether with the girls!

The vast amounts of fro-yo all over America made me so happy when I was there. <3
