    I can definitely relate to forgetting to post a recipe for a whole year. In my case, however, I would never retain the recipe. . . so I’d have a lonesome photo of something deliciously decadent but no recipe to post! Glad you saved yours.

    OMG these cheesecakes look and sound so amazing! Kensington mangoes are in season at the moment so they will be PERFECT for this recipe. Is there a substitute for Medjool dates though?
