Tough question … my favourite muffin flavour (today) is blueberry/yoghurt/white chocolate chip.

  2. Issac

We were recently given some fresh mulberries from an eldery couple in our neighbourhood = BEST MUFFINS i’ve ever tasted.

  3. Leah

My favourite flavour of muffin would be, Cherry, coconut and white chocolate. I made these the other day and loved them 😀

I nearly fainted *again*! I’ll have to make sure I’m suitably prepared when I read your posts, at the rate they’re going 🙂

This is very exciting. In fact, so exciting that I nearly couldn’t think of any muffin flavours at all. But I have now done so and I think my favourite is raspberry.

PS. I liked you on facebook 🙂 Very nice page!

Well that is an easy question, chocolate, preferably dark and rich like those you buy at Browns (or chocolate and honey or chocolate and berries – just must have chocolate) It is not terribly interesting but there is a reason that it is so popular!

    Cute silicone bakeware

I recently bought silicone muffin cups but haven’t used them yet. I’ve found that cakes and muffins made of almond meal tend to stick even to grease proof paper! I think I’d spray the muffin cups with olive oil just in case.
My favourite muffin flavour is my most recent: almond meal with grated carrot and chopped medjool dates. Yum! Next I want to try lemon juice and rind with dates. 🙂

Not an entry but I have to say that your muffins look fabulous! 😀 Love the heart shaped pan!

Though I can’t enter the contest (boo) I love pumpkin muffins… and I won’t say no to a classic blueberry muffin either!

  9. Samantha

A warm apple and cinnamon muffin with chunks of apple and a golden cinnamon top. Impossible to beat in my opinion!

  10. Agnes

Hey, I follow you on FB & twitter! 😉

Ummm, my favourite muffin flavour is… raw avocado chocolate brownie flavoured (see what I did there?). No, no, it’s not, it’s peanut butter, chocolate and chia seeds (see what I did there?). No, actually it’s pistachio and lemon (see what I did there?).

Okay, I don’t think I have a favourite muffin flavour. Maybe something boring like blueberry.

  11. Catherine McLean

Raspberry and choc chip, for sure!

Though the last thing I really need is for my house to be infiltrated by more cookbooks…

  12. leaf (the indolent cook)

Hmmm… tough one! Maybe cinnamon apple, warm from the oven. Yum!

Oh and I already follow you on Twitter. 🙂

Chocolate and Banana Muffins of course!!!!! WuhOOOOOoOooOooooo

  14. Emma

Being not Australian, I cannae have a favorite muffin flavor today.

I have quite a few siliconey muffiny thingsys, but they’ve never worked very cleanly for me. Lots of after scrubbing. It must be cause I’m not being Australian enough!

  15. Vien

Oh my!!!!! Tough choice but I’d have to go with Peanut butter & Banana Muffin! With a sprinkle of chocolate chips of course! yum!

ooo.. I love crumbles on my muffin too!!!!

  16. Louise

Oh I know that I shouldn’t enter, but I’m going to anyway. My favourite muffins are usually berry ones- raspberry and white chocolate springs to mind most easily. I used to make muffins back in the 80s (haven’t done it much since then for some reason)- I used to make killer bran muffins (the secret to deliciousness, as in all things, is sour cream), zucchini muffins, and one where you blended an entire orange (sorry, but it was nice).

  17. Kath (My Funny Little Life)

I want those fancy cupcake models. 😀

    What a wonderful giveaway

My favourite muffins at the moment are savoury ones – spinach, olive and sundried tomato to be precise!

  19. Julia @ Boredom Abounds

Ooh, great giveaway! My favourite muffin flavour is raspberry and white chocolate – I love the mix of tartness and sweetness. Bonus points if it’s a nice, moist muffin!

Following you on Twitter and Facebook!

I’ve always been a fan of berry muffins (any kind of berry really) but I recently discovered some super green tea muffins. They most definitely rocked my world and are my current favourite.

  21. Katy

    Oooh ooh ooh how exciting!

My favourite flavour of muffin is one I made up while I was working at a bakery/coffee shop. The only items I was allowed to experiment with were the muffins, as we had three set flavours each day and could make up the fourth flavour with bits and pieces from the pantry. I discovered that if I added a cup of caramel milkshake syrup to the muffin mix, then a cup each of chocolate buttons and white chocolate buttons, it created the most beautifully sweet caramel-double-choc-chip muffins that our punters loved – little did they know the caramel flavour came out of the milkshake syrup bottles 😉

  22. Anu

I like a nice healthy bran muffin with raisins. Thanks for having the giveaway!

  23. Junia @ Mis Pensamientos

ooo favorite flavour of muffin would be…. chocolate chip, hands down. 🙂

  24. Lou

Yay, what a fun giveaway…. my favourite muffin would have to be cinnamon spiced pumpkin and dark chocolate CHUNK. No, no chocolate chips, chocolate CHUNKS. Big is good.

  25. Isobelle

Oh, man! too hard to choose! I think my favourite would be either banana-walnut muffins or chocolate and coconut muffins. Chocolate and coconut go so well together, I think!

  26. Su

My fave are blueberry, blueberry, and more blueberry muffins :)!

  27. muppy

Those heart shaped moulds look gorgeous.
I’m gonna say lemon curd muffins – a recipe I cooked ages ago from River Cottage that has beautiful lemon curd baked right in the middle.

  28. Jamee

What! No love for your American followers??! 😉 I’m entering anyway out of pure rebellion. Chocolate chip muffins. Bam! 😉

  29. Hannah

I’m not qualified for the giveaway, but given the choice, I’ll usually go with something pretty classic for a muffin, like chocolate chip, or crumb cake.

  30. Winston

plain poppyseed with light lemon glaze mini muffins!!!! nooooom esp them being so small and delicious i could engulf so many of them in one go hehe…

  31. shea

  33. Louis

    Corn muffins are my favorites.

  34. Catherine McLean

And following you on Twitter, because this is the sound of me succumbing to the temptation of recipe magazines *with bonus bakeware*.

  35. Tori (@eat-tori)

Don’t technically count as an Australian reader at the moment; but a blueberry muffin will always have a very soft spot in my heart. Sometimes it’s hard to go past the classics…

My favourite muffin is probably a JUMBO blueberry (lots of it) muffin with a generous amount of crumble on top. Greedy much?! 🙂 And I always save the muffin top for last!
