LOL That picture of you is brilliant! You actually look a bit like an undercover spy that has been caught holding a tub of ice cream. Which is actually a very hard look to convey you do understand! 😉

hmmm…I had that dessert from B&P… it was super awesome!

Ah Melbourne. I lived there for a year when I was your age. We stayed up all night most nights. It’s impossible not to really. Glad you had a fabulous time. And you’ve excelled yourself- 10 desserts! And how is it that I don’t know about Burch and Purchese?????? If I get to Melbourne this year, I’m there.

Ahhh… Marie the baguettes! Hurry up!

Be nice to me or I won’t send you the pictures and just a chocolate bar full of raisins.. 😛 POPPYCOCK!!

Ten desserts! And that towering creation is but one of them! With shenanigans like that, your life practically needs its own jazzy theme song.

    PS: pretty coat 🙂

Wow I think you would need to stay up until 5am to manage to eat 10 desserts – I thought I could do it easily until I was desserted out at taste melbourne last year so yes I bow to you – an impressive achievement whichever way you look at it

and you may be trying to make melbourne look cold in your coat and hat inside but really our cold days are a balmy day in scotland (or Canberra for that matter)

Very excited to hear of all these desserts you mention. Appetite whetted.

Ah, Burch and Purchese – I never got around to trying their stuff (but know that they use the Spanish chocolate Chocovic)….. maybe when I’m back ‘home’ for a visit.

Espresso martini! The perfect gateway drug to your future as a cocktail reviewer! Pictures forthcoming, I presume?

Ah, Wonderwall is always good for inspiring a tipsy singalong.

Gosh, I really appreciate your dedication to your blog and to us Hannah! Thank you so much for giving us a snippet of your adventure. Now you’ve made me so excited about my upcoming trip! However, I get shivers when I look at that frozen yoghurt. I could not do it at this time of year.

  13. Kari @ bite-sized thoughts

10 desserts?? 10?! I am so excited to see them all 🙂 I am, however, entirely able to wait until you have caught up on sleep – I am very concerned for your running-on-4-hours self! I’m thrilled you had a good weekend though.

10 desserts?! Wow – you weren’t kidding 😛 That photo of you is so funny – very serious and important task at hand! x

Haha! We were just watching an episode of X Files, and a very 90s man with bleached blond hair, who was a caged animal-liberating fanatic, made an appearance. I was making fun of him, his tight jeans, and his hair by singing Wonderwall, just a little bit, kinda under my breath-like. That was an hour ago.

And that mousse or whatever it is up top looks fantastic, despite the poo-structured dark brown drizzle thing on it:) I’d hit that.

Ooo you have to tell me about Burch & Purchese, they have been popping up on blogs all over and I am dying to go but would love to know which desserts are the best!

Let a Hanna out of town & your off on a 10 dessert rampage no less – great that you had such fun girl., Melbourne’s like that though isn’t it…., the vibes so cool its hard to call it quits for the night.
You did say 10 desserts right ?!! 😉 Yep…. you did. Proud of ya luv 🙂

If this were any other blog, I would think 10 desserts was an exaggeration. But I know you (in a virtual sense, at least), so I tip my hat to you, and eagerly await the Tale of the Ten Desserts.

  19. Adrian (Food Rehab)

Glad you hit up Burch & Purchese! Can’t wait to hear of where else you pampered your tummy with! Yes, holla when you’re down next time

  20. Kayla

I’d have done the same too:) Melbourne is a city that I really like. Did I hear you right? You had ten desserts? That’s awesome!

  21. Alisa Fleming

Glad you relaxed and went with the early morning flow of fun 🙂

Dang, you do take fro yo seriously!

  22. Kath (My Funny Little Life)

I must admit that I couldn’t do that. When I have a stressful time, the only thing I want to do on the weekend is sleep, drink tea, and relax at home. No thought about partying (also, in less stressful times, no thought about partying either) – yay introversion. 😉 Sometimes, though, I wish I was different, just for one day, to know how it feels to be in the middle of the crowd and be active and whirlwindy and have fun with it. Like you.

  23. Heidi - Apples Under My Bed

I so feel like that too when out late – you need to slap yourself to realise these are the years to be out partying! I sound like an idiot, but you get me. & frozen yoghurt is very serious indeed, I totally agree.
