    Nice new site Hannah and you’ve opened it up with a great treat. Love almonds and the idea of a PB&J rub sounds divine. So happy that you put a picture of the boots in your header!

    i am SO up for a reverse engineering session… because even if it ended up not quite right, you know it’d still be DAAAMN tasty. it’s an ingredients combo that’s hard to go wrong with!

    Haha you know you’re going to get lots of offers to reverse engineer this don’t you? 😛

    I am on another planet hence the lack of commenting and all that, but wow…I want!

    * 1 egg white
    * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    * 1/3 cup ground freeze dried strawberries and raspberries
    1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    * 1 pound peanut and almond mix

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
    2. In a large bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Stir in brown sugar, ground freeze dried berries, salt and vanilla. Add nuts, and stir to coat. Spread evenly onto prepared pan.
    3. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until well toasted and golden brown. Remove from oven, and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

    I’ll bet this would work.

    Reverse engineer, eh? I guess you might um, need an engineer for that. I can’t see any round here. Good luck.

    Oh.MAN! This needs to go on my to-figure-out list. I actually don’t have a to-figure-out list…but I will start one just for this.

    Oh my gawd, you have no idea how much I want to try Naturally Nutty. They’re not in stores around here, and it’s so expensive online, AND they haven’t responded to my email asking if they’d be willing to send me some samples to review. So for now, they’re out of reach for me :'[

    Looks amazing, can’t believe I missed this post before.

    PB&J nuts sound absolutely incredible, and the fact that all the ingredients are recognisable is very surprising. From where do these nuts originate!? I want some.
